Tom Kinder is a small YouTuber living in Cary, Illinois. Please be sure to read my about me section. On this channel the videos you will find consists of bass fishing, other species of fishing, family vlogs, travel videos, live streams, miscellaneous adventures, mail calls, channel mentions, collaborations, urbex explorations, urban explorations and rural explorations. Along with videos of me exploring abandoned buildings, abandoned houses, abandoned barns, abandoned silos, and any other abandoned places. I will throw out other random videos here and there as well.

As for my fishing fans, in 2021 if you decide to follow along as I learn how to fish the new fishing styles of Illinois. In Illinois I will be fishing my backyard pond, The Fox River, and several local ponds and lakes. I plan on also learning how to fish while wading a river or creek. I will be fishing from my pontoon boat, and my new kayak that I received for a Christmas present in 2019.

My favorite types of baits to use are frogs, jerk-baits, crank baits, topwater walking baits such as the Vixen and the Sammy along with The Triple Threat from Chaos Paddlers. When I slow it down I go to the IKA and if I decide to drop shot or Texas rig, I use STNT Bait Company soft plastic worms, swimbaits, or their creature baits.

If you’d like to send anything to me to use on the channel for a video, I’d be happy to. Just drop me an email.

  1. You're a brave soul fishing the bridge from a kayak in summer. I fear for my life fishing it in my boat with all the crazy pleasure boats out there. That back water area can be tough for frogging after mid-july. It gets so choked out with weeds. The frog bite is extraordinary there end of May and early June.
