Today we shot out to Witbank Dam to do some prefishing (practice) two weeks before our upcoming competition on 06 May 2023.
The first hour in the morning was a bit slow but, as the sun came up and the wind started blowing, the fish started biting. All our bigger fish came out on biggish – big reaction baits (Spinners, Chatter baits. Later in the day, the reaction bite slowed down and we had to go slightly more finesse to get those bites.
All in all, it was a successful day and we’re super excited for next weeks competition.
