  3. Getting back into this kind of swimbait fishing. I have vexan 610 medium with shimano slx xt cast a mile with light weight. What the best line to use. I've been using sunline any suggestions. What knot you suggest.

  4. So I stooped into Dicks today and picked up a pack of pro blue. Fished the Susquehanna River here in Lancaster Pa. Caught 5 smallmouth bass in about an hour. The bait was great however it they were demolished and unusable after the catch. Very soft, perhaps that's what makes them good? No complaints as they were about $5/pack. Will be stocking up on more tomorrow. Thanks for the vIdeo!

  5. You ever watch a video of some one telling you how to work something and they catch maybe one ….. like dang man tell them fish I’m trying to learn …. Cutting you off in the middle of your sentence how dare they

  6. Terrific info… gonna show this to my wife about how to set the hook… I had a hard time trying to explain why she was not getting em set but this should help her a lot. Thanks. 💪😎🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

  7. Watching from New Zealand. Thanks. We fish with swimbaits in salt water. We use spinning reels mostly. I use a daiwa certate which has double the drag of your slx. 22 pounds. Our graphite rods are thinner and lighter than yours. I don't understand what you said about bait casters having better drag than spinning reels? In my experience drag is measurable.

  8. I wish I had a dollar (or even a dime) for every time a fisherman uttered that infamous phrase "There we go!" I use it nearly every time I set the hook on a bass and I noticed a LOT of other people do to.

  9. Nathan, I wish someone would have told ME about plastics about 20 years ago , but they didn't exist except for bad plastic worms. About 15 years ago, we were mixing live bait with lures or Lindy rigs. Then 13 years ago plastics hit the market and we were all using them. I assume you are older than 13. When did someone tell you this was a thing?
