It mimicks an anole that's fallen in the water.
It also works great in deep water with a swing head jig. Actually, everything works well on a swing head jig.
Lizards 🦎 work in Massachusetts. And I never see lizards 🦎. I use YUM bargain bin lizards. Don't waste money on googan.. .lizards work spring and summer. I fish it like a worm, Texas rig slow

They think they are mud puppies. Not sure that is the actual name but that’s what they think they are
When I started bass fishing in 1998 my mentors in the club all had me pulling a lizard as a co angler. It’s my go to bait even today

Tbh I see lots of lizards near shorelines of bodies of water every I go.
