  4. I have been limited to fishing after 12 Pm here in New Hampshire as of late and have only been bass fishing for three years so I decided to learn a little more and came upon this video first. I had a brand new Chatterbait in my tackle box and decided to give it a go. I am fishing small ponds in the SW area where the Lilly Pads are already starting to thicken but top water frogs are not quite working yet (especially at high noon). Using a Colorado XT single person pontoon rowboat I set out yesterday and tried the Chatterbait and I was pleasantly surprised.
