I'm more reliant on colors and action the saucy swimmer is decent definitely on par with most other paddletails on the market.
I'm particularly fond of the smell because it's not shrimp scent and it still disguise's my human scent!

I've had a lot of luck with the 360 search baits soft plastic swimbait but as of late have been using keitech.
I had some luck at the end of last season oct/Nov here in NH rigging a 3.3 saucy swimmer Texas rig weightless on a smaller hook on my spinning gear. Kinda popping it up and down and swimming it. Definitely a versatile bait.
