  1. I鈥檝e only caught one fish ever using artificial lures. I usually just get them snagged. I guess I鈥檒l try this because you don鈥檛 have to worry about snagging.

  2. Is a bait caster necessary? I mean I鈥檓 sure the fish aren鈥檛 smart enough to tell the type and brand of rod you have, but still, does it help?

  3. Absolutely love your company, lures, advice videos! Please explain line weight, location, season, time of day, and show more of your rod technique with lure in water or detailed on how we as anglers should fish this dynamic lures. 4. If the ten inch bass or pushing the smaller fish close to the shore, then the larger bass will be further away from the shore waiting for the 5 to 10" bass to feed on.

A big bass, 14 to 18 inches, will never feed on minnows or shad that the ten inch and smaller bass are feeding on.

Bigger fish need to feed on larger fish to maintain their energy levels. For a 14" bass to chase around minnows that the bass uses more energy to chase compared to going after slowly and bigger baits is not efficient.

  5. I understand it could be because you're trying to demonstrate the use of the top water. But I never understand why people want to reel in fish so fast. Not even a chance to enjoy catching the fish. Enjoy the fight take your time. I always work my bait back to the kayak. Got plenty of fish 3ft off the boat

  6. Poppers are the only top water I will throw on fluoro. The reason being is the fluoro does sink, so when I go to pop it, it get pulled under a little big and gives me a bit deeper pop

  7. Back in June here in eastern Kentucky, I caught 24 bass in 40 mins on my local lake. I was about to head home after I good morning of fishing, I was putting my rods up in the boat and had drifted off the point I鈥檇 last fished, And was out in 80 feet deep water and a topwater feeding frenzy broke out right behind me. The only rod I had on the deck still had that same pearl Googan Blooper tied on. I literally was catching them every cast. I stopped counting around 15 fish, But too top it off, the last fish I caught was a 8 1/2 pound LMB. I was just 1 of those right time, right place scenarios..
