Do you like fishing a Texas rig? What's your favorite way to fish them?
New subscriber sorry to have missed a lot of good technics. Will be looking for more info. Thanks for bringing the Texas rig to light
I love the name Mardi Gras rig. Perfect for that setup! Especially with all the vegetation you have in those lakes Iβm sure that one works out pretty well.
I like your tips on rigging a T Rig. I use a bead at times, replacing a tungsten weight with brass.
niiiiiiice catch at the end love that and( yes it counts)
just got to say…i got into bass fishing about 2 yrs ago and i've learned alot from joining a bass club and watching ALOT of youtube videos. my game has really improved but i'm learning about sponsored guys vs the real! your channel is my first go to for every season. thank you! I feel like …fk the bullshit and tell me like it is. keep it up bro….tight lines
I fish a Texas rig a lot. 75% of the time I rig it with a bead. The other 25% of the time I fish it without because of fishing pressure or after a cold front they donβt seem to like the extra noise. Do you always use lead weights instead of tungsten?
On the back of a chatterbait with a greenpumpkin fluke with red spike it on the tip of the tail. A rise and fall to the bottom style pump retrieve prespawn. Caught me more large smallmouth bass than anything before
I have thrown the baby carolina rig set up many times and have had good success! It's outstanding in that you can easily adjust your leader length as you mentioned! More great tips buddy! Thanks you and I hope you have a great weekend!
When I started using a Texas rig all we really had was a creme worm and some regular hooks. Still worked good
I put glass worm rattles in my senkos to give them some noise. Catches bass in muddy water.
A Carolina rig is one of my favorite ways to drag deeper water. Have to be careful though because it's easy to gut hook the fish. I always mash the barbs flat on my hooks so it makes it safer for the bass.
Wow! What fish! Was your reel ok after that one? It sounded like it was begging for mercy ππ
Texas rigs and ned rigs are my primary ways to fish from the bank. I really want to try that Carolina rig. Seems like it would be money!
Thank you for the Carolina idea. Gotta try that!
That monster fish was nuts! I really like the look of that little Carolina setup! Great video once again!
