You are reading the title correctly… There is a good argument that fishing may be better in the summer on Lake Welsh(and other power plant lakes for that matter) than it is during the winter. This video is good evidence in favor of summer being better. I absolutely smashed the bass punching the grass mats and what a blast it was!
