The spring fishing season is on fire!! Made a solo trip out to fish for pre-spawn bass and discovered this beautiful ultra clear water! Never in my life have I seen water this clear in a tiny puddle like this one!

Seems the bass in the clear weed filled lakes are already much greener and dark.

ON A POND:
1)Zoom Super Fluke in pearl white or watermelon magic or mardi gras.
2)Zoom Finesse worm or Magnum Finesse Worm in junebug or green pumpkin magic.
3)Spare Lure-Frog, jig, spinnerbait, or my personal favorite, Rapala Floating Minnow, F09 in either: a)Smelt
b)Walleye
c)Rainbow Trout.
These colors don't get fished as much yet they're ultra realistic and productive.
6'10" M Spinning Rod
2000 Size Shimano Reel, spooled with 12lb green or chartreuse GLISS-12lb test, 6lb diameter.
For Flukes and worms: 3/0 EWG Gamakatsu Worm hooks.
For worms deeper: ⅛oz Charlie Brewer Super Spider Slider Heads.
THIS IS ALL YOU'LL EVER NEED ON A POND. I guarantee it!
