Have you tried the new Core Tackle TUSH hook? What are your thoughts on them?
TT Lures Jig Heads TT Lures Tournament Series HWS 1/28 #1 H Jig Head.
Check these out, another TUSH/Hover Rig option. Not that it matters, but which came 1st, the chicken or the egg? Maybe like competition for the light bulb!
It's definitely a good design. Personally I just think the current hooks are a tad to thick. More weight options with lighter wire hooks and these really would be the deal.
Mine be here Monday….and already have in posseson 2 orders of Hover rigs.
Thanks for the Review!
Low Brow you really demo the TUSH hook well, good job
Only thing I would like is a version with a thinner hook (and in a 3/0) and a weed guard on it. I sure like it a lot!
Didn't strike king make something similar for their hollow body swimbaits?
Good review. I have the same Duckett green ghost 7โ medium heavy that I throw swimbaits on. ๐๐ป
I imagine that would skip really well. I will definitely have to give a try. I would think that in stained water that extra roll and thump could definitely make a difference.
Unbelievable seeing the skipping you can do with it and this is definitely something I have to try and thanks for sharing! I like what Matt did with the hover hook and im sure he hit it out of the park with this as well
There seems to be a different hook for everything anymore. These actually make sense to me though
Thanks for all the great work that you especially the honesty. Love the Core products. Something you may try is the Hover rig on a float and fly setup your bait sits horizontal and natural. Best of luck to you. Mark McK in NC
Awesome looking hook! Great video!
The hover rig hook is something I really like. It's one of the few jig types that I can throw from the bank and have luck with. If this is half as good then it will worth the money.
Thanks buddy! I have not seen these before, but I really think they may work great. Gonna have to try them for sure. Appreciate you takin the time to share! As always, #LowBrowFishing rocks!!!
I can see where that would work good. I'd like to try those out. Not too many snags on my lake so that shouldn't matter too much.
I wish I could make crazy accurate casts like that. When I try to do stuff like that, I generally end up with tangled fishing line everywhere ๐
That's a very interesting design for a hook. I really want to look into those. Thanks for sharing this!
