Fished in the lake district since mid 70s and none of them waters up there fish well when levels are rising,, had a lot of blanks over the years till I learnt in the 80s, don't bother if it had rained on the lead up to me visit ,,

Very interesting, to ponder, shoals of skimmers, to see how the species dΓ¬fferenciate , the factors…weather, seasons, time of 24hr cycle, n so on..bigger vilderbeasts herding, in deeper the spots etc..
