  2. It's similar to fly tying balanced leeches which imitates leeches, minnows, bugs slow falling horizontally.
    I'm just surprised no one in bass tournament setting uses flies/hair jig tied balanced styled.

  3. I like the core tackle hover rig as well. I used a similar technique last year using a vmc crossover ring on a Yamamoto d Shad and Neko rigging it with a 1/0 hook and a 1/32 oz or 1/16 oz nail weight. Works great as well!
