I just purchased a gizzard shad 68 special. I am more than excited to get out and use it this spring. I hope to catch some hogs!
I love your videos! You guys have taught me so much its incredible!! Thank you for sharing all your knowledge!
Another great video as always! I never knew bass would eat a trash fish! So I'm guessing they eat small carp as well!??
What’s the best weight for the 10/O beast hook on the 8” trash fish? All that’s available is a 1/2 oz but that seems heavy. I’d think a 1/4 would probably work best.
Wishing you and All the Fisherman’s out there and there families a Happy Merry Christmas
Thanks for all your info and what size line your using to catch those Big Fish.
Thanks for all your good information and tips
Great videos man! God is good! God bless! Prayin for y’all!
Sometimes I feel like my life is a long series of pulling lures out fished mouths
WOOOOOOO BUYERS GUIDES CONTINUE IN 8-9 HOURS

I’ve caught more on a 7” Fringe (exact same as Scottsboro but softer tail) than any swimbait I fish. They get hammered from 40-80+ water. Unbelievable
Great info Matt! Thank you
Is it differnt swimbait fishing for spotted bass
You guys should try the Real Fish Glider 10" trout. I have it in stocker trout color and it's amazing. At first I wasn't sure about the action but then fell in love with it. It has a cool roll to it. It needs upgraded hardware but is unreal for only $35
Do you use the Palomar on the 35 pound fluoro?
Are you letting the glide bait sink? Or is it just cast retrieve?
It could be very good if you would have described different jighead shapes for plastic baits. But u ll never give a Feedback
Very well put! Thank you
TB!
Will a rage spinner on a belly blade work?
I could listen to you all day long, Matt!
Love the Scottsboro baits!! Made right here in my home town of Scottsboro, AL! Scottsboro Tackle Co is the best!
No more missing big fish ,I will be setting every time I feel the tick . Ty Matt for expert advice .
Maybe a noob question cuz I know you have a fluoro leader but does the braid color ever make a difference when using a leader?
In my lakes and canals I can’t drag a weedless bait without reeling in a pound of weeds.
What kind of knots do you use for braid to leader?
Have you had a chance to play with the new curado 300 k? I'm thinking of getting one for my swimbait setup but am torn between the curado 300 and the tranx 300
Great Tips!
Hey, how do you guys feel about the Daiwa Lexa 300HD or 400HD for big swimbaits or glide baits compared to the Shimano Tranx in both sizes? I picked up a lexa300HD a while back and was just wondering if you guys have any opinions on it?
Can you make your Tactical DD crank in a 50 or 55 that dives 0 to 9 feet. I fish alot of ponds in my area and that would be an awesome addition to the line.
swimbaits work well
I have some questions. If not answered I totally get it. When you're running your braid. Are you running backing? What do you recommend for us "Northern" guys. I'm from Minnesota and I feel like it's a 1 to 1 ratio from bass to Pike. My baits get absolutely destroyed. Like I had a Arashi Glide. Caught One northern and its got teeth marks and letting water into it, do I keep throwing that bait even thou it's letting water in and sinking faster?
You guys are going to help get the elusive 8 pounder this year. Thank you so much for the endless knowledge.
Question!! poison adrena 7'3 mh or 7'5 megabass orochi braillist for a jig rod?? Is the adrena reg.fast action similar to a softer mod-fast tip or are they stiff? I personally prefer a softer tip. Also how do they compare in sensitivity
Good day Matt and Tim. I have a question about leader lines. I use braid on my reels. But how do I match the leader to the braid I use? And what knot is good to use when adding a leader?
Good info. as usual. Heal up and look forward to seeing you back on the water.
