Thank you for opening up my mind to this. We're in Belize right now, fishing the brackish marshes for Tarpon, Jack, snook, etc. I never would have done this had I not seen your videos. So many fish on Thursday we lost count. My one Tarpon was probably the most fun I've ever had bringing in a fish.

That's awesome you got to do that. The first time I ever heard of peacock bass was when I was a kid watching jimmy fish for them and if I'm not mistaken he caught a couple 19 or 20 lbs
Your so lucky not only to be catching those beautiful peacock bass, but to be fishing with the man, Jimmy Houston. I’m 48 years old and I’ve been watching him on tv since I was in grade school. I know his opening and closing theme song by heart and sing it to this day. So much inspiration he’s shared with so many people in the fishing world and a man of God! Jimmy, thank you for all the fun memories you gave me and millions of other people that love the sport! His laugh was always infectious. He’s the reason why I love to throw a spinner bait so much!
