Making the perfect underspin is easy! There are some awesome products on the market now that let you convert any hook, swimbait head, or jighead into an underspin. You can modify baits, change hooks, weights, blade sizes, and more, and it only takes a few seconds.
Bass love chasing baitfish in the Fall and the underspin is a great way to target those fish. Unfortunately no two lakes are the same so one day you might be fishing in 2 feet around grass and the next day find yourself in 25 feet on a flat. With these simple baits and hooks you can quickly adapt to changing conditions.

I use the texas style underspin for pike with a keitech swing impact but i am bending out the hooks on the hookset even when i set the drag looser but when i set it looser i will miss the hooksets because hook is not penetrating. What is going on? I did throw it on a medium heavy 8 foot rod with some tip and 50 pound braid. I almost want to give up on these now which is a bummer because i am getting more bites because of that flash and i like the style of these!

This guy on this channel https://youtu.be/DPVHA32gyQs made a video about swim baits w/under-spins a day after you made yours.
Just straighten the wire of a spinerbait, bend it downward under the bait while creating a bend or line tie. Cut it the desired length add a weight then attach your spinner! The weight under the bait will prevent rolling. I use a tungsten bullet weight. The wire may require adjusting.

my 2 lil ponds i fished this summer will not bite anything but an underspin rn and even then less then 1 pounders and ik theres atleast 5 pounders in there starting to think there dead its never been this hard to catch a fish in fll transistion

My lake had an explosion of Chara algae and there are only a few lures that can be fished around it . These weedless ones will undoubtedly kill it . I'm going to stock up . Another informative video .
