Clear has not been fishing like normal with all the goofy weather they had this year. Yolo County has been pulling water for about the last month, leaving a lot of the early beds high and dry. You had the "spot," the problem was the clown who got too close as he probably let everyone know where you caught those fish! Lack of respect, especially if he knew you were in third place after weigh-in. You figured them out, and if that was your first time there, that's an accomplishment you can be proud of.

I went from 7 boats day one to 17 boats day 2 on my spot. All the boats definitely put the fish down. I was in 2 nd day one so I feel your pain
