Today on Mojoe Outdoor Adventures, we’re scouting a brand new spot at Treasure Island in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I had a tight 90-minute window before heading to the airport to pick up my uncle, so I challenged myself to fish with only two lures: the classic Kastmaster.
Treasure Island offers some of the best shore access and views in the SF Bay, but the tides were low today. I’ll be honest, I ended up getting skunked on the landing, but the fish were definitely there! I had a couple of solid hits that nearly hit the lure, but they just didn’t stick.
Even without a catch on camera, this was a great first look at a spot I’ll definitely be coming back to. Stay tuned as we keep exploring the best fishing the Bay Area has to offer!
