What the PROS Don’t TELL you about TOURANMENT Fishing (the REAL STORY)

The REAL STORY about tournament fishing you don’t hear the pros telling you is all about practice. Practicing for fishing tournaments is nothing like real sports – lure modifications to baits like chatterbaits, jigs, and Texas Rigged soft plastic worms are essential.

  1. Good stuff! Was in your neck of the woods last week visiting my brother-in-Law on Lake Guntersville. Must say that everyone I talked to had nothing but great things to say about you like the owner of Scottsboro Tackle Co. and Capt. Jim at Guntersville Bass Guides. Quick question if I may. What net do you have strapped behind your seats on SpaceBalzz? Mine is sitting at the bottom of Lake Lanier presently. 🙄

  2. Dude love the videos man! You kill it with the chatterbait, question how can I get better with the chatterbait? I’m learning about finding more structure and grass lines but honestly I’m not really sure how to find deep grass lines or if I’m even fishing one at the bank at all any tips?

  3. Thanks man. I've been looking for a video like this. I have a yak derb coming up on a small lake and I don't want to catch them at practice. The hitchhiker is a great idea.

  4. Dude, what are you doing? Next you’ll be telling us you’re getting married, moving to LA, taking a WOKE job with Disney and trading in Bogg for Poodle! The constant Noodle dicking is bad enough but tournaments? Get that 2oz punch rig out and fish like a man!👽👽🎣😬

  5. Hey Balzz, I can’t catch a fish on the Chatterbait to save my life. I fish in central PA on the river and smaller lakes and res. I’ve tried different brands, colors, trailers and thrown it everywhere, and tried different retrieves at different levels of the water column. I can’t buy a bite on a Chatterbait. It’s a technique that I have zero confidence in. My reel is 7:5:1. Do you have any tips?
