Today I am doing some ultralight fishing with Gulp Minnows and Swimbaits. Spring fishing can be all over the place depending on the weather. Recent storms have been effecting the fishing in a negative way lately. Cold rain and wind have cooled off the lake, and cooled off the bite. But today I find a spot on the bank and make a few casts. I end up catching a handful of decent bluegill and some nice yellow bass. After switching to the swimbait I catch a beautiful 10 inch yellow bass. I hope the weather can even out and the ultralight fishing can continue improving. #fishing

Feisty Bluegill at the beginning there Alex!!! Those Yellow Bass are a blast to catch!!! Great video and have a blessed day Alex
That Gulp Minnow will get the job done! Thanks for another realistic adventure Alex!
You should get one of those loud-ass V-8 boats, give up fishing and drive back and forth to the marina…
What a day ! Great video and catches. Stay safe in this weather today my friend.
I just went fishing before the storms roll in today. I caught 5 bass my biggest being a 16" and all on my ugly stik ultra light
A Hail Mary cast! You never know….Thumbs up video!
Good looking yellow bass. Looks like fishing is picking up.
KiR!!!
Another day of fishing and catching in the books. Can't wait to see the bass fishing videos.
I caught my first fish of 2025 yesterday, a medium sized crappie. I'll take it!
You should throw in some clips of black bass on nes at the end of these videos
Glad to see you put a few on the board without having to deal with any nonsense.
Thanks for always showing what bait, lures, rod, etc, that you use on each video.
Sub here from way back in your early days.
Keep up the good work
I have that reel it's pretty nice for the price. Here in Kansas the weather has been windy and stormy. It has definitely effected the fishing. The yellow bass look similar to white bass. I don't have yellow bass in my area. Great video!
You gotta see this bird and what it did to me earlier. Thief!!! Nice catches.
Love ultralight fishing. Even little bluegills can be fun.
Nice yellas!
Hey, this is not Texas!
Little by little you are catching more and more keep going the big one is not far away
Great action tody.
How do you keep your plastic baits from melting in the summertime temperatures?
Nice yellow bass!! Great video Alex!!
Your rod and reel combo is working well! Don’t ask why but half expected another boat to show up! Those yellow bass definitely fun!
Good fish man, I caught nothing where I'm at. Must be the water or wind, either way I hope it picks up where I'm at.
BUTTER BEAN!!!! KEEP IT REALISTIC
I'm impressed you caught anything in the chocolate milk!
Good Afternoon Alex .. Great Vid Bro
Sitting in car watching vidio eating frito and Vienna sausage with 2 dozen minnows getting ready go crappie fishing, now that's realistic
Butterbean!!
Yellow, white, striped, wiper, largie, smallie, we don't discriminate.
Nice work!
It's always something. Pretty yellow bass! KIR
What do you think of the small power bait minnows, Alex.
Great catches Alex! Wish we had some yellow bass around here. Always appreciate your tips and tricks and realistic situations while fishing! Thank you truly Alex for always keeping it realistic
