Welcome back to UK Sea Fishing Weekly – your regular roundup of what’s happening around the UK coast 🎣
This week we cover boat and shore fishing reports, touch on current angling policies, and look at what’s being caught despite the wind continuing to cause problems.
🚤 Boat fishing reports
Offshore marks are producing some quality fish, featuring big pollock for those managing to get out between the blows. Inshore, particularly in the Bristol Channel areas spurdogs and tope are still a possibility. While a charter boat out of southampton has also found the Spurdogs.
🌊 Shore fishing reports
Shore anglers are seeing steady sport with dabs, flounder, and even a nice bass caught from the beach. Rays are still being finicky but hopefully wll arrive soon.
🌬️ Conditions update
Strong winds are still stopping a lot of play, limiting opportunities for both boat and shore anglers – but there are fish being caught if you time it right.
This weekly series covers shore, boat, and kayak fishing around the UK, giving you a clear picture of what’s happening right now and what to expect in the coming week.
👍 If you enjoy the reports, don’t forget to like, subscribe, and share with your fishing mates.
