Triton 18. TRX! Bass Pro Shop Boats. Best Tournament Bass Fishing Boat? Best Boat for the Money?
I went to Bass Pro Shop to look at the boats and wanted to look at this beast of a boat. At almost 19 foot long and with a monster 200 Hp outboard this boat will easily do 70mph and the Triton 18 will get you to where your going and do it fast. This boat is tournament ready and for 40k Im not sure if this is the best boat for the money or under 40k. It definitely is a nice boat with all of the things you need for tournament fishing, weekend outings, or fun fishing with the family. Let me know your thoughts on this boat it definitely is a nice one.

I’m about to get my 2nd Triton. I had a 2012 bass boat with a 150 4s. Was super smooth on the water. Big waves no problem. My friend said it rode better than a Skeeter
bass boats are so light, a 3500lb Single axle is plenty. Tandem looks better, but single is great for maneuvering around the garage.
This boat is 50k now😭 only two years later
If a 2023 18 ends up being that much I'm gonna buy one. I assume it'll be more like 50k.

Super nice boat/motor combination. Just like BPS to go cheap on trolling motor plus graphs to lure you in. At least it does come standard with a jack plate, hot foot & blinker trim. I still think it’s a decent set up. Enjoyed the review, Sir. Hope you settle in on the perfect rig. I’m in the same dilemma as you are… kinda overwhelming, yet fun doin all the research.

I remember back in the 70’s I purchased a used a (little) Jon boat; trailer and mercury motor for $600.00. I used to take to braunig lake and had many happy days with it. I had to sell when I got stationed to Korea – 2nd Infantry. How timeshave changes….
