How about a video on lure/rig choices for pond/natural lake vs Reservoir? I fish mostly natural lakes with really mucky bottoms. Jigs other than swimming just sink in the muck.

Dude I’ve never caught anything on a chatterbait/bladed jig… anyone have any tips? I have a black and blue chatterbait 3/8 oz and usually use a rage craw as my trailer.
@10:44, there are definitely better lures to lose. Haha, I have lost the best lures.

Any specific chatter trailers you would recommend for northern lakes? I'm located in Youngstown and fish mosquito lake alot.
Why don't you have the lures there to show us? I think it would make the video a lot better.
Tried fishing a chatter bait multiple times and different spots, colors at different retrieval speeds. Not a single bite yet. What am I doing wrong?
Love the tips, would be awesome if you had the top 4 lures in your hands. It’s hard to imagine color/ size with no bait, maybe seeing you rig a jig, chatterbait, etc. 👍

Chatterbait is the most broken sht on the market. If ur struggling with one, try downsizing and make sure ur trailer is suited for proper hunting action.

Interesting. I would agree that this is more rigs/techniques rather than lures and agree a worm – Texas rigged, wacky rigged, on a dropshot, on a Ned rig or Neko rigged is the number one lure. Number two for me would be a jerkbait, then some type of topwater either a frog or a popper, and I agree some sort of jig – either a bladder jig like a chatterbait, a swim jig or a flipping/pitching jig😉
Spinnerbait has to be on this list. Undisputed. Most consistent bait in my arsenal. Never ever not have one tied on.
I’m sorry but I disagree with a chatterbait the only chatterbait I’ve ever had any luck with is the flash back mini and not exactly a fan of jigs I’ve had a few bites on a craw jig but only in specific lakes seems like to me the skirts seems to maybe be the issue cause even with one of my favorite spinnerbaits it does 10X better at attracting fish without the skirts
Before watching I would say, Jig, Texas Rig, Dropshot, Crankbait *damn forgot about Senkos

Great list. Mine would be very similar, except my dropshot would be a shakeyhead (or ned) and my chatterbait would be a crankbait.

Texas rig soft plastic on the bottom, drop shot =texas riig soft plastic suspended off the bottom, jig= soft plastic on the bottom on a lead head, chatterbait=jig with a coffin blade. What are #'s 2, 3, and 4.
