I was born and raised in Chicago, but after working 12 years in the financial Industry regulating the futures and options markets at the CME/CBOT I decided to pursue my passion fishing professional tournaments and left my full time corporate job. At that point, I moved to Junction City, WI with my wife Sara and two boys Hank and Duke. I’ve been fishing professionally since 2011 and full-time since 2015. I’ve qualified for seven MLF Championships and won over a half million in tournament winnings at the professional level.

Hope you didn't get in trouble with mom on those snacks! And what a trooper wading into the water! Won't be long before you'll be fishing three out of the boat. I never miss a wednesday nighter. Hank will be even more of a challenge to dad come next year. Soon he will be using a baitcaster and flipping that hover rig

A sincere thanks for taking us along on these evening's with the boys. Hopefully filming didn't interfere with some dad time! And I'm not sure why you need the catch board when you have Hank…he called it! Can you ask him who he picks for the superbowl win…haha just joking!
Beautiful- I wish my dad had of done things like this with us kids- but it was a different time, and he was from a different generation. The few times he did take us turned into a huge argument and ended in ruin so- probably for the best. He just didn't have the patience to deal with two kids on the water who had no idea what they were doing and couldn't leave anything alone. Besides, fishing to us meant lures, casting gear, etc.- bass fishing. We watched Bill Dance religiously and wanted to try everything he had on his show. But to my dad, it meant throwing a chunk of nasty liver out there or a worm you dug up- and waiting. So, it was destined to not work from the start. He was a good man; he just didn't know how to be a good dad. He treated his kids like soldiers he was tasked with training. I thought on his death bed he would change, that he would be so scared of death he would reach out for us- but it didn't happen. He remained himself to the bitter end.

Temperature sensing nose that is a new one. lol. Bears still stink. Thanks for all the fishing tips the wife saved our tournament fishing made championship by 1 point last tournament Oct 21 for all the marbles.

This is the only tournament fishin' I care to watch. It's fun to see you and your sons out making memories. Those are some lucky boys. It's a bummer that we won't see any more of these until (hopefully) next season.
Today was a lot cooler than it's been. It was absolutely beautiful out in Williamsburg on the job site (I just started maintaining apartments) and I really wanted to hit the water. Now it's blowing and I'd probably get cold fast, I'm a FL man way out of my range 😂.
But now I'll be able to afford some better rods and stuff. I might even be able to start my tackle company.
