I really appreciate all the great comments about your summer fishing! Keep them coming!
Awsome video, and tip on following the sun and shade. I NEVER thought about this before. Will definitely start using this information immediately.
I hate when a bait snaps off and says good bye!!😭Stay Safe & God Bless!!!
Took my younger brother out today down in Florida. He'd an avid flyfishermsn for trout in PA. He got his PB Largie on a fly rod today. Almost 4 pounds, he got her right after I told him where to cast according to the shade lines.
I’ve caught 3 fish in the past 2 weekends that have been over 5lbs. Next weekend I want to go back to Lake Ivie (I’m only 50minutes away) and try my luck there again.
Really good points. I never thought about where the sun is.
I think we always just assume bass are busting on shad since that's all we ever hear about. I guess it really could be anything.
Oh man, i usually lose my bait at the knot, but last week my line snapped and I swear I thought my rod snapped, it was so loud 😂
I've noticed that small bait fish will try to find any type of shadow to hide in. I parked my boat at the dock and by the time I had all the lines tied off there was already a cloud of minnows under my boat in the shadow.
I’ve always heard fish the shade, 1st time I’ve heard sun position.
Great thinking
Those are great tips! It's one of those small things that I never seem to think about.
I feel your pain on about that swimbait! Ouch! At least it wasn't for nothing!
You would think this is something I would know, but to be honest I never really paid much attention to it. I probably need to focus on it more.
