Awesome trip! That taco looked terrific too. I made fish tacos for the family a few weeks ago, and made almost the exact same sauce. Instead of adobo, I used this stuff called yellow bird habanero hot sauce… that sauce was sooooo good! The rest of the family barely left me any haha. So cool you have access to the ocean as well as bass/trout fishing, and what an awesome birthday present. That's a good friend to keep around!

Congrats on 1st keeper! Props to the deck hand cleaning the fish while the boat was still coming in…and I want to try that sauce! I do one for fish tacos that’s just mayo, soy sauce, lime and hot sauce.
