Smith Lake Bass Fishing (Spawning Bass and Glide Baits)

My good friend Trey Smith and I headed out on beautiful Smith Lake in Central Alabama for a day of catching not fishing! We figured out early that a bunch of fish were spawning and had a blast targeting them on tiny baits and big baits! The Z-Man Ned Rig as well as the Z-man Big TRD did a ton of damage but we also caught numerous fish on big glide baits as well as the all new 6th Sense Line Through Treble Head! The spotted bass were absolutely chewing as we chased spawners as well as post spawn females on the Nedmiki System! Watch and enjoy!

  1. My home lake…it’s good in March and April…but then the skiers and jets skis kill the fishing. I mean 7:00 am and the jet skis are out. Just too many party boats and jet skies in late spring and summer. That’s why we night fish.
