The Spotted Bass are moving shallow in the backs of creeks and pockets. The fishing is starting to get really fun with big numbers of fish searching for food before the spawn! There are many lures that will work during this period but one of the most consistent will be a small 2.8 or 3.3 inch swim bait.

Good video we were up there yesterday and today and we were catching them basically the same way u are it was our 1st time at Lanier and we had a blast
I fished Thursday small tournament, only got bit on clay points near deeper water on a Carolina rig, tried everything else and nothing.
I was thinking the pinch points as suggested by the man but never checked them out. Just my luck🤷♂️🤦♂️

Nice vid as always ! It’s really starting to heat up for sure around this full moon and just in general ! I always have a 2.8 or 3.3 tied on. Sometimes with coolbaits underspin as well. It’s is grueling slow retrieve and very similar to spy baiting. And it always gets em!!
