If this setup looks right for you, you can get more information on the Power-Pole website. These are the Pro Series II, in 4ft. They also come in 6 and 8ft.
If you need an adapter plate for whatever kayak you own, hit up John at Yak Gadget and he’ll make it for you if he doesn’t already have it made.
If you want the exact same kayak, it’s the “Shoalie” and you can see it all others Crescent Kayaks at
Man this is awesome. I bought a shoalie because of you! Love it. Keep the innovation coming!
Daaaaang. Never even thought about doing this. Those would look cool af (and be functional) on my Titan X, one on each side of the motor. Good job! 👍
I couldn't believe the amount of "just buy a boat" comments around this. people just don't get it. it's the a equivalent of telling a Jon boat guy to just buy a bass boat or telling someone who has a Tacoma to just get a Ram 3500.
Hey Drew: I've followed you on YouTube since you began kayak fishing. Never saw Power Poles on a kayak until your video. Keep on "pushing the envelope" and good luck in next year's tournaments.
Interesting but what was your main purpose. If it’s fishing high currents for a long period makes some sense. I know for me fishing the river in the winter nothing beats spot lock.
What’s the benefit of this over two power pole micros?
Way to think outside the box
