PLEASE please try Pautzke fire minnows (specifically the black ones and the glow in the dark white ones) with a 1/16 jig head. I've been killing them this summer with these at the Ohio river and in the creeks that it dumps into

What part of the Ohio River are you fishing? Cause the Ohio River I live near does not have the clear water I see in this video. I’m in Kentucky and would love to catch a Smallmouth.
I was down there two days ago and caught a couple decent sauger
That's Sauger was huge
Walleye and sauger season is closed till May3. Smallmouth is fine till April 11.
