My best moments tournament fishing

I’m extremely proud of my Bass Tournament success both in wins and the Angler of the year titles! However, the 19 second place BASS finishes really get to me! When fishing a big National 3-4 day tournament you can’t help but make a few small mistakes and even in the 19 tournaments that I won, I made a few mistakes. In almost all of the second place finishes I was only a few once’s to a couple of pounds from the win but that single decent 3 pounder that jumped off made the difference.I constantly fret over the broken line, bad net job, another boat steeling my spot, a lightning bolt scaring me away from the winning spot, being late from a boat malfunction, sinking the boat and a whole host of bad luck experiences!

  1. Roland, it would be awesome if there was a tournament for all of the retired professional fisherman. I always love your stories Roland. I would be upset at the guy with the net also. 🎣

  2. Now this was a great video Roland! Not that your videos are not great, but just the story telling and sharing of your career and experiences, and wins, and failures. A lot of us can relate to what you’re saying. I certainly can. Everything can’t go rt all the time. It just doesn’t work that way. You have to fail in order to become better or be the best! We learn from mistakes and failures. I absolutely loved this video Roland! Please share more stories with us. Real life ups and downs. It’s so interesting to me and I’m sure a lot of other people also. Thank you!😎👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🙏
