In this video we are out at Lake Lanier after a cold front in March. We find schools of Spotted Bass on points and proceed to have a great time catching these feisty fish. We were using a simple buck tail jig, which mimics the bait they were feeding on. Thanks for watching! Subscribe for more awesome fishing content.

Hey FCPFishing, i love watching your videos. pretty recent fan, i am heading out to lake Lanier tomorrow through sunday, it would be very cool and maybe I can see you out there fishing!
Sorry to hear that you were under the weather. Glad to see you back out there hitting them hard, nicely done
Great video Dana, no matter what the conditions you still catch 'em! Appreciate you showing us viewers what the bucktail jig looks like.
I was out on the lake Saturday too. Had some luck off points and around docks with a small Keitech. Tried the bucktail jig again, trying to emulate your method, but I have yet to catch a fish with it.
Y’all always manage to find some fish👍🏻. This cold weather has really set things back on Hartwell. Right now every week/day things are changing. I’m ready for some warmer weather and stable water temps lol
Now that is the March Madness I can get into! I hate computers.
Sup Dana? Another great video. 👍👍👍
You need to fish the upcoming SPRO only tournament. Between the Rock Crawler and the ePop, you could dominate!
Glad you got your issues straightened around. I’ll take those guys all day long.
Hello my Brothers, glad to see you’re back, and njoying yourself, like you said POINTS are key.
Glad you’re feeling much better, Dana!
Nice Dana, as always! Question, I noticed I never see you toss the shaky head, usually just a Texas rig, was curious why you prefer the TR over the shaky?
You are a legend in my mind, and in the minds of many locals I have found.
We are fascinated by your dedication to the hair jig. Would love a quick clip illustrating lure and water temp/depth.
End game:
You aren’t going to guide, right? So you need to go all-in on this. Just pop up a clip on the screen illustrating your lure each time you change it. You may think that we will ffwd your vids – which we will – but your views will skyrocket long-term.
The content handles itself because you catch the hell out of these things, are the best angler on the lake, and are naturally likable.
Haven't been feeling it lately, weather is so whacked, need some stability and I might consider hooking up the boat.
Don't know how you stay so consistent Dana. Was out last week in Johnson Creek and had zero bites despite trying lots of baits thru the water column. Visibility was under 2 feet…more like 1 ft. Will try again this coming week. Hoping for 60 degree water.
Finally back at it! Good video!
Glad you're back! Caught some decent fish!
No! No ! No more cold after this and don’t say it again !
