March Fishing At Lake Lanier #lakelanierfishing2023 #bassfishing

In this video we are out at Lake Lanier after a cold front in March. We find schools of Spotted Bass on points and proceed to have a great time catching these feisty fish. We were using a simple buck tail jig, which mimics the bait they were feeding on. Thanks for watching! Subscribe for more awesome fishing content.

  1. Hey FCPFishing, i love watching your videos. pretty recent fan, i am heading out to lake Lanier tomorrow through sunday, it would be very cool and maybe I can see you out there fishing!

  2. I was out on the lake Saturday too. Had some luck off points and around docks with a small Keitech. Tried the bucktail jig again, trying to emulate your method, but I have yet to catch a fish with it.

  3. Y’all always manage to find some fish👍🏻. This cold weather has really set things back on Hartwell. Right now every week/day things are changing. I’m ready for some warmer weather and stable water temps lol

  4. You are a legend in my mind, and in the minds of many locals I have found.

We are fascinated by your dedication to the hair jig. Would love a quick clip illustrating lure and water temp/depth.

You aren’t going to guide, right? So you need to go all-in on this. Just pop up a clip on the screen illustrating your lure each time you change it. You may think that we will ffwd your vids – which we will – but your views will skyrocket long-term.

The content handles itself because you catch the hell out of these things, are the best angler on the lake, and are naturally likable.

  5. Don't know how you stay so consistent Dana. Was out last week in Johnson Creek and had zero bites despite trying lots of baits thru the water column. Visibility was under 2 feet…more like 1 ft. Will try again this coming week. Hoping for 60 degree water.
