Got to play around on Lake Huron for a couple days. Had a blast flipping the thick stuff. Reminded me of Florida except better haha

  1. Jorday question: I do a lot of pitching to pencil reeds like you are doing here? I noticed you are catching the majority of your fish on the outside of the reeds. Do you ever try to pitch deep into the middle of the heavy reeds 20 – 30 feet? If so when? Is it a situation where you let the bass dictate where you are going to fish, or, are there reasons or weather conditions that determine your pattern? This appeared to be a bright day with windy conditions. Not sure what time of day you were fishing if that is a determining factor?

  2. Yeah man up north is strangely like Florida for the green fish lots of grass! There’s a reason northerners do well in Florida randomly lol! What set up where you running for the flipping stick and reel? Great vid!!

  3. Awesome video, thank you. Nice to see you out there having fun recreationally. I am interested in that line tie to your flipping hook…. Was that anything special or signature?
