Dude! In all my trips to that river it's never even crossed my mind that muskies of that size roamed those waters! I'm a believer!
Great job on all aspects of that catch.
Mouth like an alligator. You could put your whole fist in there. Well done!
Haha you made it sound like you wanted to get away from your subscriber.
"After talking with him for a bit, I decided to go to another spot."
I’m going to say that it was 45”. Huge!
Nice fish dude! Line so small must of been between his teeth..lol
Props on release.
You can always lay your rod along side noting were he comes tonin relation to the ferrules then measure later,at least you'd know, great catch
One of my younger brothers has one on the wall from Red Lake in Canada, 43 inches
Yessssssssss…….

I the line doesn’t break you can land it. Or the fish slips the hook.
I just put together 10 BFS rigs. Shimano, Kast King Kestrel mag plus the matching Rod. It’s light and smooth. 4lb braid.
Wow. Congradulaations. Fantastic
Thanks for showing the catch.
Grab big muskies by the tail
Thank you for not laying or dragging here on the ground. Muskie and Northern need their slime or they get serious and deadly infections. Amazing catch
Making me homesick for those east coast muddy waters . And me in NW Montana

Nice
Congrats. If you want a lngth consider laying the fish on flat ground and placing the rod right next it with a rod end aliigned with one end of the fish. Snap a pic then measure to the location on the rod where the other end of the fish was after you get home using the picture as a reference. Or cut off your lure then lay the end of you line at the tip of the nose. Run the line to the tail and cut off that piece. Similarly cut a piece of line to match the girth and measuure the line pieces when you get home. You should probably retie anyway after landing a monster like that.
Ive seen you land so many interesting catching when its flooded at that tree.
Way toooooo gooooo on 8lb test wow. Gbwy.
Impressive stud gator! What type of braid to leader knot were you using?
Over 20lbs
Twelve pounds… maybe 14
Good job. Nicely done.
Great fish! And if you don’t catch a great Smallmouth then a Muskie is the way go!!
I live near the Susquehanna. What town were you near?
Wow !!
I am originally from Clearfield PA – right on the banks of the west branch of the Susquehanna- fished that river all the time. Nice catch
Catch and release…….good job.
Good job pal! All good things come to those who don’t HORSE it!
Semper Fi(sh!)
Excellent patience.
Not only do they come to shore to get away from the current but also that's where the bait fish all goes. That along with all the bugs and worms and such the high water traps and floods out makes for a huge buffet for all fish.
Great fish and landing. Lots of patience. I noticed that the close videos showed you reeling with your left hand. That's the way I use my bait casters, even though I'm right handed. The farther shots showed you reeling with your right hand. Just curious.
I worked A power plant near there, Shamokin Dam.
Awesome job on the light line
Wow! Hell of a catch man! I fish down at the Shamokin Dam and never saw one that big.
Don't play with it Grab it by the gills
