Dude the same thing happen to me yesterday at a pond near Tuckertown reservoir. They would bite the worm but couldn’t hook them. Unfortunately I ended up getting skunked 😒
"private property" where i live, EVERYWHERE is private. even most of the retention ponds. the state parks dont open til 8 am, when it's already 90°F, and anywhere that fishing is allowed there is nothing but dinks. if you live here and dont have a boat, fishing becomes a gigantic pain in the ass.
