I-FISH BG-1 micro jig head field test. Big bass and broken hook edition

Finally got around to trying these new jig heads out. Got them from the I-FISH website.
The BG-1 model is a 1 gram barbless hook micro jig head with an extremely sharp thin wire hook. They’re very aerodynamic and cast wonderfully on ultralight gear. The barbless hook is really easy on the fish and removing the hook is a breeze every time. I`m digging these little buggers pretty much so far.
Onliest complaint is the thin wire on the hook seems a bit brittle and one of them broke off in the lip of a 16 inch bass. Granted these heads were meant for use on panfish and not designed for large fish, that being said, I`ve caught large bass on Trout Magnet and Mule fishing jig heads of similar weight and never had one break. Overall though I give these a positive review as that bass was a freak of nature and prolly chews barbed wire for fun lol.
So look up IFISH and get you some. If you`re lucky, they won`t be sold out.
Took me a few tries to get on them in stock.
