  1. Very cool video! I fish for largemouth all the tome and its always catch and release. The coolest part is you'll catch a small fry 1-2 inch Bass on a 4 inch jerk bait or rubber worm seinko!! Its amazing cause the little guy doesnt realize he cant swallow something bigger then him, yet hes determined as hell to do it!!😅😅😅 Awesome species.

  2. Why is it a bad idea to introduce your pet bass to a local lake when it gets too big? I understand that with other exotic pets that are non native it is not a good idea but bass are already living in many waters.

  3. I started with a baby who was mixed with some shiners caught in a casting net. Didn't know it was a large mouth until I analyzed the photo of it with google lens. Now he is 6 months old and eats goldfish like mad. One issue I have had is in live plants. Now that it is winter the temperature of the unheated tank is 47 degrees F. The plants are doing terrible. He is in winter mode and not eating much for now. Question to throw out. Regarding plants. Are there certain plants I should focus on for water this cold or should I bring the water temperature up. Regardless, what are some good live plant species to consider

  4. The largemouth bass definitely stood out every time as I catch these beautiful fish every day and love them. It must be super cool to have them as pets I’m just a beginner fish keeper and have a 45 gallon with some community fish but it would be cool if I got more experienced and was able to keep my own bass

  5. I trained mine to eat large cichlid pellets. Save a lot of time and money by avoiding going to the pet store to buy feeder fish. It is a challenge and requires a lot of patience to train them to eat pellets. Took me two week to switch their diet. Love the video keep it coming
