The best flipping bait on the planet. I have lots of colors, and still don't feel like I have enough lol
Doesn't look like you had a snell not tied. What is your go-to knot?
I caught a 12.87 today on the D-Bomb Superbug and several in the 3-5lb range. Thanks John for making an incredible bait. I started off fishing with the D-STROYER but they were just grabbing the tails, I shortened it up and switched to the D-Bomb and they inhaled it.
Believe or not a 3/0 punching hook works well with this bait. For regular flipping I have taken a liking to straight shank wide gap Owner 4/0 worm hooks that don't come with a keeper. I rig my own keepers on them with either shrink tube or jig weed guards.
Your awesome "JOHN"

I enjoy learning about the whole setup for a particular bait. Rod/reel/line. Hope to see more like this. Thanks
Great info. Looks great
If only I could get anyone at Missile to email me back that would be wonderful
Love the D Bomb it is what got me using Missle Baits. Cant beat Dropping Bombs on them. I keep one tied on at all times no matter where I am going here in the midwest.
What color would you use in a slightly moody water wherever it's
Do you snell the knot on your hook?
I'm a Florida guy, black and blue, superbug, and gp3 are always on the deck. I love em
Good video your great thanks for supporting the high school kids the way you do
I’ve been preaching the D Bombs for a while now…. They flat out get it done
One of my favorite flipping/pitching baits
Thank you John for the insights. What Tatula, since there are variants?
By far one of my favorite flipping and pitching baits also a Killer on a Tokyo rig! Gotta get some baby dbombs over the winter for jig trailers
If I’m flipping wood or light grass it’s a dbomb all the way. Had a coangler wear me out w a baby d on a SH.
I use both the d bomb and the baby d bomb, they are very good lures, but at times they are so greasy in the pack that they are hard to rig. The baby is my go to when flipping around largemouth and spots. The baby is better for fishing a little deeper.
The passion that unites us all
The D Bomb is my confidence bait. My favorite. Awesome as a jig trailer or Texas rig. Super Bug, Hillbilly Magic and GP3 are my go to color's.
Killer bait. It's gonna get lots of playing time for me in '23.
The baby d bomb is also one of my all time favorite jig trailers. The D Bomb is a great bait!
I have the Tatula Elite P/F reel on my flipping stick. It’s awesome, just don’t get the chance to use it as much as I would like.
i love how the d bomb stays on a jig! it even stayed on without a keeper!
I totally love the D Bomb. I throw them pegged on a Dobyns XP735C , Daiwa Steez Limited with 25# Abrazx. I also use them as a jig trailer! Super super durable and killer baits!
I've got to do the same thing this year. Stop making everything complicated.
