I was thinking largemouth bass when I tied up the big white popper but the bluegill had other plans to Test-a-fly”! If you want big bass and sunfish in your pond just start feeding them! It takes a couple of years but the sunfish will grow to their potential and if the bass will take to the feed then they will grow fat and thick.

Have you ever tried Tenkara? I've caught some whoppers using poppers and a Tenkara rod. It's about the most fun you can have without risking jail time. 😂
