In today’s episode I am fishing with subscribers lures. This Ivan Ooze bass fishing challenge was made possible by Fishin Mortician. I received these purple worms in the mail, and just had to see if I could catch a bass. At the first location where I attempt to catch something, I strike out! But that doesn’t stop me from going out the next morning to try again. I get a bite on a wacky rig, but still can’t manage to catch anything. After switching to a mini Texas Rig, I finally catch a bass on the Ooze. I even catch another one after heading to another location. I like the challenge of fishing with subscriber’s lures. Even tough lures like this Ivan Ooze. #realistic #fishing

Well this made my day, glad you finally hooked up! Looks like they didn't mind nibbling the tails, guess a 5" might be a little long for this color. We plan on using these at dusk and in pretty murky conditions and had a blast making our first custom baits. As always, keep it Realistic!
Perseverance, improvisation and good old true cleanliness, even the lime got thrown in the🗑️, this angler is something else.
Tough day for sure.
Careful all, scammers might try to sell that sailboat, or free with $1299.00 shipping😂🤣, they are ruthless. Sry popped in head.
Sup Alex, that was a great letter, and a challenge in rough times, but you worked areas you know, cought a couple bass, nobody is as loyal to fans as you, that's realistic fishing, and what it means, you are realistic fishing, always say your appreciated, grandkids look up to you, does look like a great bait too, tyvm tc 🎣
Your perseverance is inspiring. Nice work Alex. Keep It Realistic.
Best thing to watch is Alex continuing to work and systematically cover water. The fish catches are absolutely the reward and result for the work. 🎉 Hell yes!
Good idea Texas rigging half a worm to keep the small bass from short striking your bait.
Lol famous words “what the hell just happened.”
I need to talk to a fish psychiatrist😂. I was always schooled to fish native bait colors. I use plastics whose colors aren’t natural and catch fish. I’ve never seen a pink or chartreuse fish but panfish must have cause they work.
Love the color of those plastics but they might be a little too soft. But I can see them killing it on the right day. 👏👍🏼🎣
Good job switching it up!
Hexk yea! 👍
Ivan Ooze for the Win! Even if you didn’t catch most of those, The Fishin Mortician’s bait was getting bites at every spot. Heartbreaking to miss them, But at least you seen action. Which was more than i did yesterday.
Great video and a cool retro infused challenge. Keep it Realistic!
Way to keep grinding to show support for your subscribers! That's so cool!
This was awesome Alex!!!! Had me on the edge of my seat!!!! Action packed show!!!
Hey Alex, have you ever thought trying a flipping jig with a craw? Since you love fishing texas rig craw, with a jig is almost similar with the craw for different profile. We would like to see you try at you lakes…. Let us know…
Nice way to come through brother! Thanks for keeping it realistic!!
That was a good looking bait. Glad you got a few anyway. Great video Alex.
Cool challenge Alex. I like the color of it. Your right though it’s hard to say about the bite the last few days. Kinda all the above. Thanks man K.I.R..
Weather cooling off, which means cooler water temperature. It's time, for some better fishing
They definitely wanted a smaller size. Good adjustment to help get them "peckers"to hook up
Good one on that challenge, at least they took it. Hope to see more subscriber lures being used. 👋
Great stuff is always Alex.
@13:15….that's not even a QP w/cheese…that's a White Castle slider…1/8oz.
I've been big on rooster tails lately, I see you catch a lot on texas rigs. Might have to give them a go. Maybe a brown or dark color
Ivan ooze, now thats a name i havent heard since i was like 13 lol. Great catches bro.
Another great video Alex, you showed your perseverance and came through on a tough challenge with the adjustment of downsizing the worm , thanks for KIR 🎣🙂
Great subscriber mail and the stickbaits are awesome!! You did a great job with the challenge. You may have struggled just a little bit, but you rocked it in the end!!! Thank you for always keeping it realistic Alex 🙃😊
When I used SpikeIt that had garlic scent, I lost alot of stickbaits. Seemed like the little quarter pounders were grabbing the tail and pulling them right off of the hook.
Dreading the soon approaching Canadian winter with it’s obligatory 5/6 month break from fishing… fishing every day until I can no longer…lol keep it Realistic
