The perch go a lot bigger than that in that stretch. My best was a fish of 2lbs 15ozs and there are plenty over the one pound mark. Other than that, plenty of roach, skimmers to a couple of pound, dace and the chance of the odd good ide. Cracking stretch if you like pike fishing as well.

Plenty of fish there mate I'd love yo take you on a few venues I know mate 40lb -50lb of silvers on feeder float ect. You would lobe it we will have to sort something out and do some bagging together one day mate

Rammed with silvers and a lot of perch coming out at the min. The big weights will be caught on whip at speed, some pegs at 6m some much further out, just depends on what peg you draw.
Try using a long rod and bolo float.
