Aww 3:40 she took the camera for him. What a gal!
I fry em or use foil and little butter try to keep it healthy
Just hooked some pescado right before dark. I'm gonna try your recipe. Hopefully, I have the ingredients at the house. You can't get fresh filets cheaper than this though.
I Guarunteeeee!!!
This video just popped up on my feed, bass is one of my favorite fish to eat. If you want to eat a little more healthy, ditch the rice, there are really no healthy carbs. And whole butter is very healthy for you, loaded with healthy fats. I like to use butter for frying, mix in a little olive oil to keep the butter from burning. I prefer to not fillet but remove the scales and roast them whole in a roasting basket over coals, the skin gets crispy, just heavenly good.
We most definitely don't speak like that. Someone lied to you. Unless they are from north Louisiana.
Eyy good stuff on the workout and weight loss journey
Cross contamination anyone
Yo add some turmeric salt and pepper to that rice 👌
For those who hate fishy taste, soak filets in milk or cream over night. I ate bass my whole life, and found the secret to please every one, especially those who don't eat rock bass, largemouth, or more fishy tasting fish.
looks good, but I'd peal the garlic.
Gonna try that to night!! Bossdog here.
Underrated fish*
I prefer to steam my veggies. Less mushy or soft then boil. But hey both work. Looking for a great easy recipe thankyou
That looks really good.
Can someone please explain to me why we don't keep bass? I love fishing, but was with a man for 10 years who hated fishing. We just broke up, so I've been living it up fishing by myself for the first time in YEARS.
I caught a pretty big LMB for the first time. When I told people I caught and kept it, they were weird about it and pissed.
Can someone please explain? I don't get it. He's in my freezer and wanted to cook him up this weekend but I need to understand first.
Thanks in advance.

I liked your comment on fisher's of Men
Burnt shits called fond… it’s good don’t waste it!
If this was a salt water fish I’d say you cooked the fuck out of it… freshwater idk… that’s why I’m watching you.
I take bass and put it in foil make a pouch with herbs and some spices stewed tomato's and put it on the grill for maybe 7 to 10 minutes.
I really enjoyed your video. Thanks
Made this tonight and it came out great. Thank you
This was an excellent video. A thought about the broccoli is to steam it and you will retain all of the vitamins. Once the broccoli is steamed, use a fork and poke it through the main part to determine how far you want to steam it, either al dente or mush. Then put it in a bowl, add some olive oice (not too much, you don't want to saturate it or drench it) then sprinkle some garlic salt. Once you try this you will never be the same.
I use my cast iron pan for every thing
Never wash cast a iron pan just wipe it clean with a paper towel
Nice video, but why didn't you peel/crush the garlic? That's the only way to get the clove to fully release its flavors. Also, if you'll put in a little more work on your cast iron you'll get a much better non-stick surface.
That looks amazing!
