The Nation’s Premier Big Bass Tournament Series of the Big Bass Tour has made a stop at Lake Murray here in Columbia, SC. This is day 2 and the final day of fishing the tournament for me. After finding a little pattern on day 1 of skipping under docks, I decided to reciprocate the pattern since it was the right conditions as it was sunny and hot and I couldn’t get on the herring bite. These bass that I was targeting are post spawn fish and they were looking for the darkest shade they could find and where else would they look if it isn’t a dock.
