Catching Big Bass in Spring! You Can Catch Big Bass on Small Lures!

Are you looking forward to catching big bass in spring? Well guess what, you can catch big bass on small lures. I went fishing at the same spot two mornings in a row. The first day I was catching smaller bass on the jerkbait after striking out with the ned rig. Determined to catch bigger bass, I went back the next day to see if I could get a bite. Then it happened! Near the dock I hooked into the biggest bass so far this season. I estimate this bass to weigh nearly 3 lbs. It was caught on the same small lure the previous bass were caught on. You can catch big bass in spring, and you can catch them on small lures. #fishing #bassfishing

  1. Congrats Alex on that big beautiful bass you caught. Good job ! Noticed that big separation in the dorsal fin, almost looked like a spotted bass. Something messed with it-what a beauty though

  2. Time of the year when the grind is real. Just grateful for any bite in March. Just broke my 2022 skunk with some bluegills, a pumpkin seed and creek chub from a local creek. Nice work out there man!

  3. Hey Realistic!! Another awesome video! That was an awesome bass! I totally agree this time of year hard to beat those small jerkbaits. My favorite is an old school jointed Rapala (J7). Ty for ALWAYS Keeping It Realistic!! ✌️✌️
