In this episode of Getting It Done Fishing we’re breaking down budget bass fishing and proving you do NOT need to spend $10-$20 per lure to catch quality bass
Too many anglers think expensive bass fishing lures equals more bass – and that’s just not true.
I’m showing you a budget bass fishing product from Temu that gives you the same performance as name-brand gear from Bass Pro, Cabela’s or Six Sense – without destroying your wallet. These weighted soft plastic hooks are prefect when you need just a little extra depth or control.
This setup is bank-fishing friendly, pressured-pond approved, and deadly when paired with a soft plastic bass fishing bait.
If you fish public ponds, heavily pressured waters, or do a lot of bank fishing, this is a must-watch. Losing a $15 lure hurts – losing a $2 bass fishing lure doesn’t. That confidence alone helps you fish better.

Would you rather fish budget bass fishing lures or name brand? 👇
I love those belly weighted hooks with the twist locks. I fish in current alot so they help with keeping the lure where you want it. I dont have any proof(yet😂) but i also think you catch more fish on a soft plastic without them getting torn up. Adjusting the belly weight for the fall rate your looking for is also a major player in getting more bites. Ponds are frozen in my area also😢. Ive got a question thats off topic… do you ever swap out the snap on a temu chatterbait? I got some recently that have huge snaps and wanted to experiment with different sizes. Thanks @GettingItDoneFishing for the shout out.
