B-Lat, have I got a place for you. If you ever find yourself near the Bay of Quinte in eastern Ontario there is a big bridge and legendary walleye and pike. I’ll happily Sherpa you around the area.
Bridges can be pretty awesome for saltwater fishin' too. They're big artificial reefs with all kinds of inshore fish around them, and sometimes offshore pelagics like cobia show up.
I grew up fishin'in Florida in the salty stuff but now you're teaching me to catch bass. Lake Norman is right down the road from me and my first spotted bass was 3.64 lbs. They seem to fight harder than largemouth in Florida, and I like how they chase each other to steal the bait. They're obviously aggressive. Unfortunately I don't have a boat so bridges aren't an option.
Thanks for the lessons, some of your other videos are more applicable to me but I still like them all. Especially when your little ones are in the video, kids are awesome and teaching them to fish is a great life skill.
Are the fish on the bottom the reason why you are using a shakey head?
Charlie Brewer (Slider) also touted fishing bridges.
Everybody on Russell going to the trestles this week! 😂
What do you think of the Tokyo rig for similar presentation?
I had the pleasure of meeting you a few years ago in Cumming, Ga at a seminar put on by Jimbo. MDJ was there with you. I have to say you are one the nicest and approachable people I’ve ever met. You spent quite a while talking with me and that’s something I’ll never forget. Love the videos.
