Shoal Bass are where it’s at❗️This trip has been on my list for a bit and I finally got to cross it off late last year. Grant, Brett, & I set out on a short adventure to Georgia to drift down the Flint River while fishing for Shoal Bass. If you didn’t know already, Shoal Bass are found exclusively in a few spots in the US, making them a rarer bass species to hook into. I also got to practice some fly fishing and had a few hook ups on the fly. 😎
Wait til you see the drone footage of how amazing the terrain is near the Flint River. Have you ever caught a Shoal Bass or is it still on your list?? Drop a comment and let me know what you think about the video! 🎣
Sprewels bluff?
Cool fish. These look like and seem to live in the same areas as Guadalupe bass in central Texas. Guads hardly ever get over a couple pounds though.
Y'all killed it! Impressed with all the good fish you caught. I've fished the river many times, anxious to go again.
Well done guys! What a cool trip
